Furniture Moving |
| |
Sofa's, tables, and chairs will be carefully moved to clean under them and then replaced using plastic tabs or blocks to protect from transferring furniture stains. Larger pieces such as beds, dressers, or entertainment systems are left in place under our regular pricing structure. |

Pre-Treat Carpet |

Pre-treat carpet - All carpet will be pretreated for the most effective soil removal. By pre-treating the carpet, soil is loosened from the carpet fiber and held in suspension for extraction. |

Extract & Rinse |
| |
Our state-of-the-art truck mounted hot water extraction system will thoroughly flush the carpet and remove soil and stains. The heat and pressure are regulated to protect from over-wetting the carpet. |

We utilize the RX-20 which has revolutionized the way carpets are cleaned. The five vacuum heads and five spray jets rotate at 130 RPM creating 650 complete cleaning passes per minute. This super agitation, combined with the unit's weight, deeply cleans, extracting soil and cleaning solution. |

Post-Spot Removal |

We use specialty spotters to attempt to remove any spot that remain after the extract and rinse process. |

Dry Pass |
| |
After cleaning is complete we will then make one more dry pass over the carpet to insure that all excess moisture is removed and that your carpets will dry as soon as possible. Normal dry times are between 2 - 4 hours. |
